Pagets Disease

What is it? Uncoordinated increase in the osteoclastic and osteoblastic activity of the bone cells of older adults producing larger but weaker bones, extensive pain, high levels of serum alkaline phosphatase and urinary hydroxyproline, and an increased tendency to develop malignant bone neoplasms.
