Odontogenic Keratocyst

What is it? A cyst derived from the remnants (rests) of the dental lmina, with a biologic behavior similar to a benign neoplasm, with a distinctive lining of six to ten cells in thickness, and that exhibits a basal cell layer of palisaded cells and a surface of corrugated parakeratin.
